Im Minimum betr\u00e4gt sie die gesetzlichen 2 Jahre. Seit dem 1. September 2025 gilt eine erweiterte Garantie von 3 Jahren f\u00fcr alle Modelle die nach diesem Datum gekauft wurden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It covers all Stromer-specific components that are available from authorized Stromer dealers. It extends exclusively to Stromer products that are new and subject to a material or production defect. All other parts and components are excluded from this warranty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Model Warranty Period:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stromer Bikes, the <strong>before September 1, 2025<\/strong> were activated<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 years<\/li>\n<li>ST1 X: 2 years<\/li>\n<li>ST2: 2 Years<\/li>\n<li>ST2 S: 2 Years<\/li>\n<li>ST2 with belt drive (from model year 2020): 3 years<\/li>\n<li>ST2, ST3, ST5, ST7 with Pinion: 2 years<\/li>\n<li>ST3: 2 years<\/li>\n<li>ST5: 2 years<\/li>\n<li>ST7: 2 Years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stromer Bikes, which on or <strong>after September 1, 2025<\/strong> were activated<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ST7: 3 years<\/li>\n<li>ST1: 3 years<\/li>\n<li>ST2: 3 Years<\/li>\n<li>ST3: 3 years<\/li>\n<li>ST5: 3 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Warranty period<\/strong> - <strong>Specific<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frame - 3 years (valid for models up to and including 2016, bikes with 26-inch wheels)<\/li>\n<li>Frame - 10 years (valid for models built from 2017, bikes with 27.5-inch wheels)<\/li>\n<li>Battery - 75% capacity within 2 years<br \/>To ensure an objective assessment, the battery capacity will be determined via a capacity test conducted by Stromer upon request from a Stromer dealer. The result of this test is decisive for the warranty. The State of Health (SOH) displayed in the Stromer App serves only as a guideline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Warranty exclusion:<\/strong>\u00a0You point 5 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stromerbike.com\/de\/warranty-terms\">Provisions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">Parts replaced under warranty are again covered by the full warranty period.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 600;\">Supernova lighting<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ST2S \/ ST5 \/ ST7 uses front lighting from Supernova, among others. Supernova offers an extended warranty on its models and writes on the <a href=\"https:\/\/supernova-lights.com\/en-eu\/pages\/repair-and-guarantee?srsltid=AfmBOop4zh7uUbDpTDPQW1ITrLNoSGwWlkJ5uxnkX356UtTBtW_VpI_9\">Website<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\"Our service promise: 5-year guarantee and at least 10 years of repairability for all lighting systems!\"<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, it's worth contacting Supernova directly in case of a defect if Stromer's warranty no longer applies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pinion gear<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pinion offers a two-year warranty on its gearboxes. Das Ergebnis dieses Tests ist massgeblich f\u00fcr die Garantie.
