ST1 models 2019 - 2021 <\/strong>communicate via Omni BT App<\/a> and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) directly with the Stromer and therefore works even when mobile phone reception is poor. To use the app, the Stromer must always be within Bluetooth range of the smartphone. Subsequent activation of connectivity is not possible. This is only possible by upgrading to an Omni C LTE-M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ST1 models from October 2021<\/strong> (with Stromer Daylight) are equipped as standard with the Stromer Display OMNI C (LCI OEM), but only with basic connectivity via Bluetooth and the Stromer Omni BT app. The integrated SIM card and full connectivity can be unlocked by yourself via the app for a one-time upgrade\/activation fee. Costs: <\/strong>The OMNI C upgrade of the Stromer ST1 to activate the integrated SIM card and use full connectivity costs a one-off fee of CHF 390 | EUR 370 | USD 390 | DKR 2753 | \u00a3 333 (as of Nov. 2024)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When upgrading, the Omni BT app MUST be uninstalled and the Omni app installed on the mobile. Otherwise the SMARTLOCK entry in the bluetooth settings will be missing.<\/p>\n\n\n
