The Stromer models ST1 \/ ST2 sometimes had the problem that the Stromer switched off while driving over rough ground or through a pothole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The problem was the battery compartment door. The limitation for the vertical movement of the battery in the battery compartment provided clearance for the battery. If it was hit, it slid upwards in the battery compartment and lost contact with the Rosenberger battery base in the battery compartment. The result was a brief interruption in the power supply, which made it necessary to restart the Stromer.
