The wire color refers to the original wiring harness extending upwards from the controller. Pin assignment on the display side:<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pin 1 (Pink) <\/strong>Display) or.<strong> Black <\/strong>on the PCB: <code>Ground<\/code> (Mass)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pin 2 (Yellow):<\/strong> <code>Texas<\/code> (UART send data from controller to display). <br>If interrupted <code>NO_COM<\/code> \/ <code>ICURR<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pin 3 (Blue):<\/strong> <code>Power in<\/code> (Battery voltage \/ Vbatt, approx. 36V\u201342V)<br>If interrupted <code>NO_BATT<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pin 4 (White):<\/strong> <code>POW_OUT<\/code> Switched Plus - Input from the display; signals to the controller that the display is switched on\/unlocked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pin 5 (Green):<\/strong> <code>Prescription<\/code> (UART reception data from display to controller). <br>If interrupted <code>NO_COM<\/code> \/ <code>ICURR<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TMM sensor<\/strong><br>Der TMM-Sensor im linken Ausfallende misst die Kettenzugkraft und liefert ein analoges Signal an den Controller. Misst man den Widerstand Richtung Controller gegeneinander, liegen die Werte meist bei ca. 2 bis 3 Ohm.<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Red<\/strong> <code>+5V<\/code> Supply voltage for the Hall sensor in the TMM sensor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brown<\/strong> <code>Ground<\/code> (Mass)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orange<\/strong> <code>Signal<\/code> (Analog output signal from the TMM sensor to the controller, usually a voltage value between 0.5V and 2.0V, depending on the pedal pressure)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Battery (+\/\u2212 36 V &amp; SoC)<\/strong><br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rot<\/strong> (+ 36 V)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Black<\/strong> (-36 V)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yellow<\/strong> (SoC = State of Charge = Battery charge level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Controller programming port<\/strong><br>Auf der Platine des TDCM\/ASI-Controllers existiert eine zus\u00e4tzliche Schnittstelle die als Kabel mit einem JST-Stecker aus dem Motor gef\u00fchrt wird. Dieser Stecker wird genutzt, um den Infineon-Prozessor in den Bootloader-\/Flash-Modus zu versetzen (z. B. f\u00fcr Firmware-Updates via <em>Infineon Memtool<\/em>).<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MBC (Monitor Board Communication \/ Boot):<\/strong> This is the data or programming line (often coupled with the reset\/boot pin of the microcontroller).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GND<\/strong> The associated signal ground.<br><br>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Important information about flashing:<\/strong> If the two pins<code>MBC<\/code> and <code>Ground<\/code>with each other <strong>short-circuited<\/strong> werden und danach das System eingeschaltet wird, erzwingt dies den Flash-Modus des Prozessors.
