There are various possible causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One or more of the three Hall sensors in the motor is defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wiring from the motor to the Omni is faulty. The problem may lie with the motor cable, the motor connector on the right-hand chain stay or the connecting cable to the Omni or the distribution board in the battery compartment (e.g. on the ST2 Gates) to the Omni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Omni has a defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Measuring the Hallsensoen - <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stromer-tech.info\/en\/knowledge-base\/reverb-or-temperature-sensor-defective\/\">How to<\/a>. Check the motor connector electrically and mechanically and check the wiring up to the omni ohmic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A defective Hall sensor can be replaced. There are some sharp edges that can chafe the cable.
