If deactivation is not possible, the following message is displayed in the Omni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">E 210110 \u2013 \u201eThe battery should not be used further and should be handed over to the dealer for inspection.\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the battery firmware 2.54, rolled out with FW SUI 4.2.2.1 from 5.12.2019, new protective measures were introduced for the BQ814 and BQ983 batteries. They permanently deactivate the battery in the event of a short circuit at the 48V output. The following message appears in the Omni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">E 210102 &amp; E 210109 \u2013 \u201eThe battery can no longer be used and must be handed over to the dealer for inspection. The Stromer cannot be ridden in this case.\u2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before investigating the cause, it is worth checking the battery firmware. If it is out of date or an FW update has got stuck, the dealer can install an update or install the update again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung zu E 210110<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ist die Firmware OK k\u00f6nnte die Ursache ein Kurzschluss im 48 V Bordnetz.
