Battery - Warranty

Stromer grants a capacity guarantee of two years on the batteries. If a battery reaches the SoH threshold (SoH = State of Health) of 75 % within two years, the battery will be replaced under warranty.

On average, mileages of 20,000 - 25,000 km in two years are required to reach the 75% SoH of the battery. According to an article in the NL Forum From June 2024, fewer than 25 batteries per year across Europe will reach the threshold based on this performance and be replaced.
