In Forums is sporadic to read that specifically with the ST7 / ST5 ABS / ST5 Pinion ABS the following brake problems can occur:
- the braking force of the front brake decreases
- the pressure point is soft, the braking effect is „sluggish“
- the brake lever can be pulled almost to the handlebars
- and and/or the brake pads wear out quickly
