SoH (State of Health) indicates the remaining available battery capacity in relation to the nominal capacity of a battery in [%]. A more detailed explanation can be found here. It is an important parameter when it comes to determining the range that can be driven on one battery charge. From the manufacturer's point of view, it is also about the guarantee or warranty that the manufacturer gives on its battery. Stromer guarantees a minimum of 75% of capacity after 2 years of operation.
Stromer and the SoH
Stromer remained silent for a long time about the state of health of its batteries. The only way to find out was to ask myStromer AG or the dealer. However, users with IT knowledge have long been able to check this via the API (Application Programming Interface), e.g. with a Pythonscript pick up.
With the update of the Omni app from version 4.0.4 (2252) to 4.0.5 (2262) in August 2025, this shortcoming has been rectified. The SoH can now be viewed on the home screen under 'Charge status'.

Some more history
In the service menu under BATTERY > Health, the SoH has only been set to ok indicated.

Before SUI FW ** 4.3.3.2 from 11.3.2021
In OMNI and the Omni APP under Bike Status, only the charge level SoC in [%] and the condition as 'Very good' / 'Good'... are indicated under Battery. Feedback from Stromer riders in the Dutch forum 'speedpedelecreview.com' defined the threshold values as follows:
100 - 80 % = Very good
79 - ? = Good
No further stages were known.
** SUI FW= Stromer User Interface Firmware
From SUI FW 4.3.3.2 from 11.3.2021
The labels 'Very good' / 'Good' have been removed. This means that there is no information about the health status of the battery in the Omni and the Omni app.
