SIT (Test Runner) - Testing components

In the Omni Service menu there is a so-called. System Integration Test (SIT). The test routine itself is called Test Runner which can be used to check the motor, controller, battery, brake sensors, etc. It can be accessed via the SERVICE MENU - RUN TESTS.

There are four different modes:

  • RUN ONE - selectively test individual components
  • RUN ALL - test routine that sequentially tests all components of the bike
  • ERRORS (History) - Error log
  • NON PASSED - Components that did not pass the test successfully

Under:

  • SENSORS
  • BATTERY
  • CONTROLLER

there are status messages and dedicated notes on specific values such as

  • Various parameters of the battery
  • Function check: Brake lever contacts
  • TMM values: 'voltage' / 'offset' / 'traced'
  • RESET OFFSET = ditto Calibrate
  • USE TRACE: Harmonization of the support scheme
