Adjusting the reach of the brake lever

The distance from the brake lever to the handlebars can be adjusted (Reach Adjust). To do this, take an Allen key and turn to the left or right, depending on whether the lever should be closer or further away from the handlebars.

With Shimano brakes, you can also adjust the so-called 'free stroke', the free travel until the brake pads touch the rotor. This is not possible with TRP brakes.
