There can be various reasons why a Stromer does not reach the top speed of 45 km/h:
- The top speed that an S-pedelec is allowed to reach depends on the legal requirements in the respective country. A Stromer in Canada for example, must not be faster than 32 km/h.
If bikes are moved to Europe, they will only travel at a maximum speed of 32 km/h here too. Can this be changed? Ask your dealer what the solution is. - You drive:
- Unintentional with reduced step sensor (torque sensor)
- support level 1
- in level 2 with individual settings.

- The tightening torque of the rear wheel thru axle is not correct. The TMM sensor is therefore not working correctly and the final speed cannot be reached.
