Omni app crashes - reinstallation

Try the following:

iOS: 

1. Tap and hold the Stromer app icon (icon wobbles)
2. Tap on the X > App is deleted
3. Delete the app cache. Go to > Settings - General - iPhone storage (display lasts) > delete the entry 'Stromer OMNI' if available
4. Reinstall Omni app from the Apple Store

Android:

Android Delete app and Empty cache
