Compared to the ST3, Stromer does not offer any handlebar options for the ST5. However, as the ST3 is basically an ST5, a conversion with components from the ST3 is possible. Of course, such a conversion is not authorized by Stromer and is carried out at your own risk.
The tidiness of the conversion also suffers compared to the original, as all the cables that run invisibly through the stem and handlebars of the ST5 now have to be routed visibly.
In the Facebook group 'Stromer Owners' shows 'Roger Stroud' in his contribution a few pictures of the conversion. The components used are from the ST3, the conversion of the cable rack was done by EBikes of Holmes County (USA).
