Stromer does not offer handlebar options for the ST5 as it does for the ST3. However, since the ST3 is fundamentally an ST5, it is possible to convert it using ST3 components. Of course, such a conversion is not authorized by Stromer and is done at your own risk.
The tidiness of the conversion also suffers compared to the original, as all the cables that run invisibly through the stem and handlebars of the ST5 now have to be routed visibly.
In the Facebook group „Stromer Owners,“ „Roger Stroud“ shows in his contribution some pictures of the conversion. The components used are from the ST3; the cable routing was modified by EBikes of Holmes County (USA).
