Top speed (only) 30+ km/h !

There can be various reasons why a Stromer does not reach the top speed of 45 km/h:

  1. The top speed that an S-pedelec is allowed to reach depends on the legal requirements in the respective country. A Stromer in Canada for example, must not be faster than 32 km/h.
If bikes are moved to Europe, they will only travel at a maximum speed of 32 km/h here too. Can this be changed? Ask your dealer what the solution is.
  2. You drive:
    • Unintentional with reduced step sensor (torque sensor)
    • support level 1
    • in level 2 with individual settings.

See MOTOR - 'Sensors / speed levels / engine tuning'
  3. The tightening torque of the rear wheel thru axle is not correct. The TMM sensor is therefore not working correctly and the final speed cannot be reached.

See TMM-SENSOR - 'Problems and solutions with the support of
  4. Everything is correctly installed and adjusted, but the Stromer is not calibrated. How to do it:
    • See the instructions for use.
    • Select in the Stromer OMNI display "Sensor" and then "calibrate". Do not put any strain on the pedals.
    • Take a look at this Short video to.
