Stromer serves its customers via a more or less dense network. Dealer network. A Direct support for customers is not provided.
The dealer is the point of contact for problems and warranty work!
One exception is the flagship store at the company headquarters in Oberwangen, Switzerland. This serves end customers directly.
A Direct support contact with myStromer AG has been in place since the Setting the unofficial support e-mail address info@stromerbike.com no longer possible as of May 2025. Unfortunately, the website's FAQ quite modest. There does not appear to be a feedback channel.
Warranty work can be carried out by any Stromer dealer. The only question is whether they want to do this for third-party customers and to what extent Stromer will pay for the work. The spare parts are subject to the general terms and conditions. Warranty conditions.
