The Stromer sales concept is based on a Dealer network, similar to the automotive industry, for example. Direct sale of spare parts and end-customer support are not offered. The following applies:
Switzerland Support
Until May 2025, there was a way for end customers to reach Stromer. Support requests were also answered. With Setting the unofficial support email address info@stromerbike.com is this no longer possible. myStromer AG communicated this in this letter.
The FAQ The website does not provide sufficient information for many specific questions. This leaves the dealer as the only point of contact, or forums, Facebook groups, and this website as sources of information.
Contact Information / Feedback?
A dedicated feedback channel is not offered.

US and Canada customers
Stromer is withdrawing from the US/CA market as of November 2024. For customers there are specific information in the FAQ.
Die Kontaktadresse gemäss Bedienungsanleitungen wäre serviceusa@stromerbike.com. In der FAQ wird diese aber nicht bestätigt sondern sie verweist auf die lokalen Händler.
Warranty work
The spare parts are subject to the general Warranty conditions.
Recall of 6500 WREN Suspension Forks (12/4/2025) - Risk of breakage!
Communication from myStromer AG
Stromer is voluntarily recalling approximately 6,500 front fork assemblies of the brand ’WREN« that were installed in the speed pedelecs ST3, ST5, and ST7. The steerer tube can fatigue prematurely and develop cracks, break, or detach during use. This can lead to a loss of control over the bicycle, posing a risk of falls and injuries.
Stromer has received 15 reports of steerer tube failures, including eight cases involving customer injuries.
Affected customers will also be informed about the recall by registered mail.

Hello dear Stromer team,
I purchased a used Stromer ST5.
Unfortunately, I am unable to create an account in the Stromer Omni App to re-register the bike to myself. I always get error 403. An alternative email address didn't solve the problem either. As of today, there's a new error: Captcha shows an error. Unfortunately, nothing more.
When one dealer was asked for help (3 were asked, 1 replied by email), it showed that no one was willing to help. That's not a good advertisement...
Can you help?
Thanks and
Sincerely
Look at the article here on the page:

A 403 Forbidden error occurs when the server intentionally blocks access to a specific URL, even though the page exists and the request was submitted correctly. This can be caused by missing access rights, blocked directories, incorrect index files, or server security rules.
And what can I do now to get an account opened for me?
Is there a way through the homepage?
Latest variant: Oooops5.
Is it possible for you to open an account for me?
Thank you

Website des Stromanbieters beschrieben. Page described (using the Omni App). If you have any problems with registration, you can find them on the Page Watch or read the linked Stromer FAQ articles and videos. If that doesn't help, your only option is to go through an authorized Stromer dealer.
Hello Stromer friends!
I have just updated my Stromer firmware (SUI FW 4.5.1.3), and have activated the new Pinion gearbox feature for automatic shifting (New firmware "V 1.12.1" for Pinion Smart.Shift).
It took me a while to find the right cadence setting for downshifting into a corner that matched my riding style. I found the description in the OMNI menu about the cadence setting wasn't very clear in regards to what adjusting the setting would do (delay or speed up the shift)
Now that I have figured it out I am loving the option to ride an "automatic" bicycle!!!
I would like to make a suggestion about a future upgrade.
It would be really great to be able to set separate settings for down and up shifting.
Once I have the downshift cadence set so that the bike shifts at the right speed when I brake, but then it is too slow for up shifting as I pick up speed, it would great to be in a higher gear faster.
It would be awesome to have second option in the menu to set the cadence for upshifting separate from the current option that has the same cadence setting for both.
In summary, upshift and downshift each with their own cadence settings.
Thank you for your time and keep up the great work, riding my Stromer is always a highlight of any day!!!

Hello Stromer Team,
I need a pedal sensor disk as a spare part for my personal Stromer ST1 built in 2012, where can I order this from?
Thank you very much

What is a pedal sensor disk? Do you mean the TMM sensor in the right dropout?
Otherwise: Stromer spare parts can be purchased in various online stores: Look here on the page.
