Problem
Driving is no longer possible.

Cause
The Omni cannot read the signal from the Hall sensors in the motor and therefore does not know the position of the wheel. There are various possible causes:
- One or more of the three Hall sensors in the motor is defective.
- Wiring from the motor to the Omni is faulty. The problem may lie with the motor cable, the motor connector on the right-hand chain stay or the connecting cable to the Omni or the distribution board in the battery compartment (e.g. on the ST2 Gates) to the Omni.
- The Omni has a defect.
Solution
Measuring the Hallsensoen - How to. Check the motor connector electrically and mechanically and check the wiring up to the omni ohmic.
A defective Hall sensor can be replaced. There are various companies that offer repairs. See here.
The cabling runs through the left chain stay over the bottom bracket area. There are some sharp edges that can chafe the cable. To check this, the Battery compartment removed become.
