- Stromer goes out while driving or after a pothole and the errors E 210003 or E 21041A appear.
- Battery cannot be charged inside the Stromer.
Causes
- Schlechter Kontakt zwischen Akku und Rosenbergerbuchse im Akkufach oder dem Ladeport z. B. durch Verschmutzung, Metallpartikel, Wasser oder Korrosion
- Pothole, rough road surface
- Battery / Controller / Charger
- A loose Rosenberger battery base in the battery compartment
- Defective wicket cable directly behind the battery compartment base towards the controller. Plug or cable scorched.


Solutions
2.) There were problems with the ST1 & ST2 belt because the battery had too much play upwards in the battery compartment. There is a Modified flap.
3) The battery, controller and charger are usually not the problem but cannot be ruled out. You can try replacing the charger. The other power components can be replaced with the System Integration Test (SIT) or Test Runner in the service menu.
