Error
The error means that the CAN bus is offline - messages cannot be sent.

Cause
- One or more devices connected to the CAN bus have no connection to the CAN bus or are defective. Devices which are connected to the CAN bus:
- Omni
- Controller (MCU)
- Supernova lighting m99 Pro (ST2S, ST5 and partly ST7)
- Blubrake ABS (for models with ABS)
- Battery
- Charger
- Poor contact between the battery and Rosenberger socket in the battery compartment or the charging socket in the top of the down tube, e.g. due to dirt, metal particles, water, corrosion
Solutions
- Check all plug connections to the peripheral devices (Supernova, controller etc.). To identify a defective device, you can also use the SIT (Test Runner) in the service menu.

> Battery SELF_CHECK - Recognize problems - The sockets / plugs are magnetic and attract the smallest metal particles. Clean them with a lint-free cloth or compressed air. Do not use contact spray/grease or the 'all-purpose weapon WD40 Multifunction Smart Straw'.
If all peripheral devices, cables and plug connections can be excluded, the omni remains as a source of error.
