Problem
No support. The in Service menu The displayed value „voltage“ is outside the sensor's operating range, mostly close to 0V or then at 2.5 to 3V.

Possible causes
- Sensor or sensor cable defective
- Plug connection in the right chain stay (if present) loose or faulty
- TMM connection on the Omni is loose
- Wrong Torque the thru-axle on the rear wheel
- Dirty sensor
Solutions
The problem with this combination of errors is usually the sensor itself. It needs to be replaced.
However, check the following points first.
All Stromer models from around 2018 onwards have sensors with a plug connection in the right chainstay. Check these. Older models have a continuous cable to the Omni.

Check the „TMM“ connector on the Omni.

Clean the TMM sensor if necessary. Do not use metallic or magnetic tools for this, only a toothbrush, paper, and some brake cleaner, white spirit, or chain cleaner. See Also clean the TMM sensor.

Check this Tightening torque the rear thru-axle.
