Problem

Driving is no longer possible.

Cause

The Omni cannot read the signal from the Hall sensors in the motor and therefore does not know the position of the wheel. The cause can be different.

  • One or more of the three Hall sensors in the motor is defective
  • Wiring from the motor to the Omni is faulty. The problem may be with the motor cable, the motor plug on the right-hand chain stay or the connection cable to the Omni.
  • The Omni has a defect
